Letterbox delivery (without Track & Trace)
For smaller orders, we offer free letterbox shipping. This shipping method is delivered without Track & Trace. The package cannot be tracked after shipment.

Shipping with Track & Trace
If you want more certainty about your delivery, you can choose shipping with Track & Trace during checkout. You will receive a tracking code by email after shipment.

Free shipping
Free shipping with Track & Trace applies from:
– €50 within the Netherlands and Belgium
– €75 within the European Union
– €100 worldwide

Processing and shipping
We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, usually within a few business days. Exact delivery times may vary and depend on the carrier and destination.

Liability
When shipping without Track & Trace, the risk of loss or delay lies with the customer after handover to the carrier. For extra security, we recommend shipping with Track & Trace.

Damaged or incorrectly received order
Has your order arrived damaged or is something wrong? Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt via info@trybeforebuy.nl, include your order number, and attach clear photos. We will then work together to find a suitable solution.
